Maria Elena Castro is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch, Ga. where she has served as the director of the Spanish choir for 3 years. She started her music ministry about 18 years ago in California. Since then has ministered through music helping the choirs of many parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Atlanta, where she lives now, in retreats, prayer groups, priest conventions. Has a special love for our catholic liturgy, integration reflected in multi cultural celebrations, and The Lord of Miracles for whom she travels everywhere she is invited to spread His devotion. Is active in the Atlanta Catholic Charismatic Renewal, where she is currently serving as the director of their music ministry.

 

Stephen Day & Marie Day

 

Stephen Day while attending college at University of Tennessee in Knoxville served on the 1st Parish Council for John XXIII Parish on campus. He was active in the Newman Center and was event MC during the time in school there.  Stephen has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology and has thirty years experience in manufacturing engineering.

 

Stephen has been involved in Boy Scout leadership and OCIA team member and sponsor at St Ann’s in Marietta GA.  He has been Involved with Steubenville Atlanta Youth Conference for 8 years serving as Usher, Usher Coordinator and then Site Manager for the past 5 years. Stephen was volunteer coordinator in the Dome for the last NCYC held here in Atlanta.

 

Marie Day’s involvement in faith formation has included CCD leadership, PSR Sacrament preparation, on Marriage Encounter team, Vacation Bible Study Coordinator, RCIA, Girl Scout leadership and Counseling.  Her profession is nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree. 

Marie (Secretary) and Stephen (Treasurer) currently serve on the board for Spirit and Truth Eucharistic Adoration Community and are members of the Assembly of the Atlanta Catholic Charismatic Renewal facilitating events and praying for participants as needed.

 

Marie and Stephen have been involved with Cursillo, Eucharistic Ministers, active in Resurrected Life Ministries, Theology of the Body Healing Center, and serve as Sacristan.  They have been part of the prayer team supporting the healing Mass at the Eucharistic Congress for the past 3 years, volunteered on the Children’s Tract as well as prayer support for the Revive sessions at the Congress.

Marie and Stephen have individually and together been part of many men, women and teen retreats as prayer support and team members. They have facilitated small groups and served other roles in many “Life in the Spirit” seminars in the area.

Dr. William Eyzaguirre is a retired physician and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Buford, Ga. He is active in Cursillo and the Atlanta Catholic Charismatic Renewal. He is currently speaking in topics of "evangelization" to different groups, catholics and non-catholics, in Georgia and around the country, for the anglo and hispanic community.

 

Olive Haly has been involved in the Charismatic Renewal since 1978. While living in New York she served as a member of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of New York for over 10 years and had been a leader of the St. John's Prayer Group in Manhattan, New York for quite a number of years. She is now a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and is actively involved in the Servants of the Lord prayer group at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Stone Mountain. Myrtho Rose-Lys Jean-Noel has been an international missionary since 1996, her involvement include help putting together schools for elementary and high school ages children in Haiti. She is not only spreading the word of God but also putting it into action by helping some of the children of Haiti to go to school and get at least a meal per day. Kay Martinez has been a member of the Servants of the Lord prayer group at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. She helps coordinate Perpetual Adoration there, her main work being the night shift. While in Argentina she participated in the Charismatic Renewal during the 17 years she lived there with her husband and children. For several years she was the person responsible for intercession for the Archdiocesan Charismatic Renewal in Atlanta. Emmanuela Medina has been a member of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Archdiocese of Atlanta for more than 20 years and has been a leader of the Servants of the Lord Prayer Group at Corpus Christi parish in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She also served as a member of the Advisory Committee representing Georgia and Savannah province to the National Service Committee for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the United States. She is currently involved in the Eucharistic Renewal in the archdiocese and coordinates the Emmaus Team, which offers Life in the Eucharist Retreat/Seminar in parishes throughout North Georgia. She is a member of the International Order of St. Luke the Physician; a worldwide interdenominational organization consisting of clergy, health care professionals and lay people who feel called to make Jesus' healing ministry a regular part of their vocation.

 

Marlene Seaton has been a member of the Catholic Charasmatic Renewal since 1980 while in New York. She is now a parishioner at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Stone Mountain, GA. where she is actively involved with the youth program and the gospel choir. She is also in leadershio in the Servants of the Lord Prayer group and coordinates a prayer conference call line every night among the members. Father Guyma Noel is the Pastor of Christ Our Hope Church in Lithonia. He serves as Episcopal Liaison for the Atlanta Catholic Charismatic Renewal and spiritual moderator for the NorthEast Metro Deanery for Atlanta Council of Women.
